» What is sim2dial?
   
This is a small device that will lay over your existing SIM card (regardless of the service provider) and allow you to make low-cost international calls. You can check your balance and top-up your account using our website (www.sim2dial.co.uk) or call our customer service hotline at 0207 177 0030 / #1234

  • Call anywhere in the world using your current mobile SIM at discount rates. Keep your number and your current SIM. Believe it or not, it’s that simple.

Remove your existing SIM card and punch a square hole in it as shown in the following diagram:


Place the dialler so that the hole on the SIM is lined up with the square plastic piece and press firmly to ensure that the dialler locks in:

Replace the SIM card in the phone and follow the registration process.

» How to register

  • Dial the number provided on the card - #1234 or 020 7177 0030

  • Press 1 from the menu for registration

  • When prompted enter the Account No

  • When prompted enter the PIN

  • Your phone number will be registered and linked with your account

» How to make a call

  • Step 1: Calls to local destinations will bypass the dialler and will go to your network provider.

  • Step 2: For international calls dial “00” before the country code and the call will be transferred via the dialler.

  • Step 3: You will listen the prompt “Welcome to sim2dial”. Please make sure when you make a overseas calls by listening the voice message “Welcome to sim2dial” otherwise your call will be charged by service provider.

  • Step 4: To de-activate the dialler and use your local network, dial #00 and press the SEND button. You will see the message “Mobile dialler disabled”, after that your all calls will pass via your own network. To re-activate the dialler, dial #00 and press the SEND button. You will see the message “Mobile dialler enabled”.
  • To Voucher top up - Call #1234 / 020 7177 0030 and press option 2

  • To check balance- Call #1234 / 020 7177 0030 and press option 3

  • To contact customer service - Call #1234 / 020 7177 0030 and press option 4

  • To activate/de-activate dialler - Dial #00 and press SEND

  • Roaming charges may apply. Please check with your network provider.

  • To de-activate the dialler and use your local network, dial #00 and press the SEND button. To re-activate the dialler, dial #00 and press the SEND button again
